Account Opening and Verification on pendekar
When you join pendekar, you provide an email address and create a password. You must then complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification by submitting a government-issued ID and proof of residence. Verification typically takes one business day. We reserve the right to request additional documents if we cannot confirm your identity from the first submission. Once verified, your account is active and you can fund it.

If you deposited via online payment, your withdrawal returns to your e-wallet account. We at pendekar do not permit cross-method withdrawals.

Account Balance and Funds

If we find an error, we correct your account balance immediately. If the settlement was correct under our rules, no adjustment is made.

Slot and crash games on pendekar operate on certified RNG (random-number-generator) systems. Outcomes are determined at the moment you click "spin" or enter a round. Game results cannot be influenced by timing, connection speed, or device type. Each spin is independent and has no bearing on future spins. If you experience a technical issue during a game—such as a disconnect or freeze—our system records the round outcome and credits or debits your account accordingly.
Prohibited Activities and Account Suspension

If the activity is confirmed as prohibited, your account remains closed and any remaining balance is subject to forfeiture in accordance with local law.
